Today (27 May 2025), Mr. Sakkasem Nitrayok, Inspector-General of the Attorney General and spokesman for the Office of the Attorney General, revealed the progress after the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) brought the investigation report along with the opinion to indict Mr. Prachuap Siriket, Mr. Sophon Meechai, Mr. Manas Srianan, Mr. Chuanling Zhang, and Mr. Binling Wu, the accused of violating the Alien Business Act, Sections 36, 37, and 41, in the case of being nominees involved with China Railway Number 10 (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in the construction project of the new Immigration Bureau building that collapsed, causing many injuries and deaths.
